# Configuring Vacation / Out of Office Auto Reply for Users

Within Patronum you can manage your users **vacation / out of office**.

Remember whatever you can configure for a single user manually, you can configure for multiple users via a [Patronum Policy](/en/article/creating-a-policy-jmctey/)

To manage an individuals vacation / out of office message:-
1.  Navigate to the user you are interested in.
2. Select the **SETTINGS** tab.

3. Expand the **Vacation** settings section.

4. From here set the date the vacation starts, and optionally when it finishes. Then add or edit the out of office text using our HTML editor.
