With Patronum you can take a simple Google Group and turn enable fully automated provisioning giving group members access to files and folders automatically.

Files added via Patronum are not just shared but they are added to a users My Drive, giving them quick and easy access to common company information.

Click the (+) icon.
Add Files from Google Drive to a Google Group

Select the Add Option option.

Share files with Google Drive

Enter the user you wish to share the files from and set the permissions you wish the group members to have.
