Managing Google Groups with Patronum

Manage Groups

Within Patronum you can create, manage and even turn a Google Group into a onboarding policy, granting automatic access to Google Calendars, Files, or even create a standard Google Gmail email signature for your Google Groups. Many of the concepts discussed here are the same as the Google Admin Console Group Management, and as such not covered in create detail in this article.

Create a new Google Group

Select the (+) icon on the right.

Create new Google Group

Enter the Group Details

Members can be added manually to a Google Group via the Members TAB.

Configure Group Advanced Settings

By selecting the cog icon administrators can configure the Google Group Advanced Settings
