How to lookup Google Workspace storage usage
This article describes how to check the storage usage for a Google Workspace tenant.
Storage usage determines the size of your infrastructure and helps us plan your onboarding and offer you a custom (discounted) quote.
Log in to the Google Workspace Admin Panel and head to Reporting → Apps Reports → Accounts, then scroll down to the Storage used by apps widget.
To estimate the total storage used by a Google Workspace tenant, you need to sum up Gmail, Drive, and Shared Drive storage used values.
