Managing Users Email Forwarding

Within Patronum you can manage your users Email Forwarding.

Remember whatever you can configure for a single user manually, you can configure for multiple users via a Patronum Policy

To manage an individuals email forwarding:-
Navigate to the user you are interested in.
Select the SETTINGS tab.

Email Forwarding Settings

Add the email address you want this users email to be forwarded to. If the email address is internal to your Google Workspace domain it will be added immediately, however if the address is external then the external party must approve your request.
