Adding multiple SendAs email signatures

Within Patronum it is possible to configure multiple SendAs email signatures for your users via a single policy.

There are two scenarios in which a user will be able to send emails as a different address.

Brand Email Signature / Domain Alias

Some organisations may have multiple brands associated with their business. Within Google Workspace this is achieved by creating a domain alias.
With a domain alias users get an email address in both the primary domain and the alias domain, they can send and receive emails from either domain.

Through Patronum to can attach a different email signature to those domain aliases by simply selecting the domain alias from the drop down list as you can see below.

Sending emails as new alias

Within Google it is possible to send emails as an alias address using your primary and domain alias address. Within Patronum you can automatically create SendAs aliases via a policy and add a unique email signature to the alias.

Simply enter the new SendAs address within the Policy SETTING section and use the Google Directory attributes to define the new alias address. Using this powerful feature you are able to create new email alias addresses such as {{ username }}@aliasdomain.com or {{ fname }}.{{lname}}@domain.com etc.

After you SAVE the policy will be able to add an email signature template to the new SendAs alias via the drop down list.

Sending emails as a Google Group

Within Google it is possible to be able to send email as a Google Group you are a member of.
In order to configure Patronum to add an email signature for these Google Groups first create a SendAs Alias within the policy.
This will automatically add the correct SendAs address to all your users affected by the policy.

As above, after you SAVE the policy will be able to add an email signature template to the new SendAs alias via the drop down list.
