Conditional Statements within email signatures
Sometimes it's the little differences that make all the difference. That's why we've included the ability to have conditional statements within your email signature templates. This allows you to use the same email signature template for users even if they don't all have the same data stored within the Google Directory, such as Mobile phone etc.
To create a conditional statement within your email signature template simply access the Conditions menu item within the email signature template editor.
Creating a condition
Select the attribute you want to check against.
Define the condition ("is not empty", "is empty" or "contains") followed by the HTML you want to appear if the condition is met. You can also enter optional HTML if the condition is not met.
In the above example, Patronum will check for the work phone attribute of the user, if it exists it will add it to the email signature, if it does not Patronum will add the Company Phone number instead.
After selecting OK, Patronum will add the code directly into the HTML of the email signature template.
