Why is the People list not in alphabetical order?

The Card view in the People section displays users in the order they were retrieved from Google's API. This order is determined by Google and cannot be changed or sorted alphabetically in Patronum. Patronum does this for speed benefits as filtering and sorting for the default view would take time.

The Card view order reflects how Patronum received accounts from Google, not alphabetical sorting.

How to find users quickly

Use the search bar at the top of the People section to locate specific users by name or email. This is the fastest way to find individual users or teams.

Switch to Org Chart view

For a hierarchical view of your organization, switch to the Org Chart view using the icon in the top right corner. This displays users based on the Manager attribute in your Google Directory and makes it easier to navigate team structures.
