Running Weekly Reports via a Policy

Scheduling regular reports

Within Patronum it is possible to run a scheduled recurring report against the users within your Google Workspace Directory. Check for things such as suspended accounts, or accounts not signed in for the past 30 days etc.

To do this you need to first create a policy.

Within the Conditions section select the User, Groups or Organisational Units (OU) that you want to target. You can also exclude specific Groups or OU's.



Within the Filter section create the rule that you want the policy to report on.



PREVIEW the Rule to make sure you are retrieving the correct users as expected.

Within the Actions section configure where you want the report to be sent and also the reporting schedule.



As Policies run hourly it is recommended for reports that you schedule the policy to run once daily.
