Creating a Policy
Policies within Patronum are extremely powerful and can be used to create workflows for onboarding and offboarding of users based on specific criteria such as new users, job title or even date. Within Patronum it is possible to remove profile information as well as simply add it to the users via a policy. By toggling the User Details section you can either add or remove specific attribute data. The default action is to add information to the users profile, however when the toggle is configured to Remove profile information can be remove. , and details for each action. Policies in Patronum run every hour by default. Your policy will execute during the next hourly cycle after you set it to Active—it won't run immediately upon creation. | Before your policy will run: You must set the policy status to Active.
