Contacts "not synced yet"
After configuring Directory Contacts, Patronum will perform a sync by reading your Google Directory and creating Contacts within the specified users Google Contacts.
However if after 24 hours you are seeing the message not synced yet it is likely that Patronum is unable to read your Google Directory due to a configuration within the Google Admin Console.
To address this you need to change Sharing settings of the Google Directory.
To do this you need to:-
Access the Google Admin Console.
Within the Directory > Directory Settings. Select Sharing settings.
Select External Directory sharing
Select Organisation data and authenticated user basic profile fields
This will allow Patronum to read the necessary information from your Google Directory to correctly function.
